LIFTING & MOVINGYOUR LEGS

DO NOT OVER PULL YOUR STRETCH
Before Stretching:

Place the USTRETCH just below the ball of your foot.

Hold a handle with one hand, and lift your leg on to the bed, lift your leg into the bathtub, or lift your leg into the car.

Knees stay flat on the floor.

Hinge forward leaning with your chest until you feel the stretch and hold for 30 seconds up to 90 seconds.

Increase to a different handle as your flexibility increases.
